The Blessed tensions of separation.

This tensegrity sphere is a beautiful metaphor for lightness of spirit. Held together by wire (tension) and struts (compression), the bigger the sphere gets the lighter and stronger it becomes. Because the spheres strength lies in lightness when it is dropped it will bounce and not shatter.

Use it in meditation as a structure that surrounds your heart. Your heart can then be experienced as both open and protected.
